Location: the hotel was just off a fantastic restaurant in Calamocha where the staff were also very friendly, food was delicious and the bill very reasonable, rural Spain, and Zaragosa. The room was quiet, with a private bathroom.
The setting was a bit remote.

Interesting building, furnishings and decoration - a 'boutique' hotel.
The hotel had one member of staff who was receptionist, cook and waiter - she was helpful and friendly, but spoke not one word of French or English (only Spanish). We were the only guests apart form a young couple who seemed to be part of the family. As a result there was no choice of menu, no wine list and the food presented, whilst acceptable, was in no way keeping with the standard of the hotel. Also, the hotel is situated on the edge of a semi-derelict village in the middle of nowhere and a five minute stroll in the rain exhausts all local possibilities.

The hotel setting was spectacular exactly as described. Easy to find in the very small hamlet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much troube. We ate in the restaurant which was quiet but friendly. The food was fine and included wine water coffee even a brandy! The church clock is loud but ear plugs assisted. We will stay again

We had a fantastic experience at Rincon De Navarrete. The location was perfect, situated in rural Spain but conveniently close to the motorway. Justino, the owner, gave us a warm welcome in English and was attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impressive and our standard room was comfortable. The breakfast has improved since our last visit and we were treated to delicious Serano ham and Manchego cheese. It was an ideal stop on our way to Costa Blanca and we can't wait to return next year. Thank you, Justino, for your hospitality and making our stay enjoyable despite the rainy weather.
